We women know how important it is to have our sisters in our life. We need women of all ages and stages to reach up to and pour in to - we are created for relationship! Thursday am and pm Bible Study is just the place for you to get to know some amazing women as well as to grow spiritually.

Shoreline Women.... Heart to Heart, Hand to Hand, Life to Life

Hello Ladies,

I want to welcome you to the Strategic Women series. I have been so excited to share this study with you all year long, because I know the potential that lies within each of you. God believes in His daughters. He truly created you to rule and reign and take dominion in life.... To be an answer to the problems this world faces. He uniquely designed you with desires and passions that are a part of His strategic plan to see this world loved back to Him.

As we study together, I am praying and trusting God to birth dreams and strategies within your heart that will help further His kingdom on the earth. Then, I am asking Him to unite our hearts as one company of women, who will use our influence as a positive force for good to those who are hurting and less fortunate. Jointly, we can do so much – as we give our lives away for the things God cares about.

Over the last several years, I have been praying and strategizing with our team to hear from heaven – just a few of the things He might want us, as His girl’s right here at Shoreline, to be a part of. A few of the God whispers we are clear about are:

1. The mandate to reach this next generation. To pour our resources and energies into reaching their hearts. All it really takes is a willing heart to care – to pray – to love. Let’s give them our all, so that God’s love and ways continue to be passed down from generation to generation.
2. Caring for the orphans & widows in Botswana, Africa. After learning that Botswana has the highest death rate in the world – our hearts have turned toward these precious people. We have decided to partner with LOVE Botswana and our dear friends, Jerry and Jana Lackey to see the plight of the beautiful people in Botswana turned around for God’s glory.
3. Being a part of ending the modern day slave trade which some call human trafficking. This is a more recent cry of heaven we have become aware of. There are millions of women & children who are oppressed and trafficked against their will, and without pay, into slavery of various kinds. (Child slaves and boy soldiers 20% & women sex slaves 80 %.) It is a gigantic tragedy to see this taking place across the planet; even in our own nation. (3^rd largest human trafficking nation is America.) There is actually more slavery taking place now than there was at the height of the African slave days. Somebody has to do something – we are raising our hands and saying – “we will do our part.”

Can you tell I’m a little passionate about all this? But, I really believe we can help abolish all of these challenges in our world, if we’ll all just do our part.
 

Ok, so – can I just ask you to take the time throughout this study to pray and ask God to stir and to break your heart for what breaks His? Listen to the cries around you. Respond to His promptings. Be a part of the answer to the difficulties you come in contact with. You are an amazing woman! A Strategic Woman.  Thank you for investing the time and making the effort to be a part of this study. The stretching God will ask of you will be well worth all the pain and investment; because there will be a little less injustice on the earth and a lot more people in heaven.
